Proof Needed?
Yes. Evidence of you completing the race must be provided before your medal will be posted to you. Evidence can be a screenprint of a running app or a photo of a treadmill. You can also split the race over a number of days or weeks within the time frame. Each race has it’s own strict deadline for when evidence has to be submitted by so please pay close attention to the details of your race. Evidence needs to be emailed to the address: POWEvidence@gmail.com
Active?
Yes. Each month generally has at least one medal challenge with some for a specific time period or day.
Do they donate to charity?
Yes. Each race donates 20% of the profits to a charity specific to that race. Charities are a mix of major and less known causes.
Distance?
Most races are 5k or 10k but there are some where you can run any distance.
Based?
In the UK but they ship internationally .
Price?
£10, including shipping within the UK. International shipping is available for an extra charge between £5 and £12.50 depending on location.
Social Element?
Not currently other than the standard tweets or posts to their facebook page.

The medals are pretty awesome, based on a Superhero theme that actually does a great job of catering to both men and women.
